  • Due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept claims for damaged or incorrect items under the following conditions:

  • You must report any damage or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will review the claim and determine if a replacement is applicable.


3. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be provided if:

  • The item was received in a damaged condition due to shipping.

  • You received a different product than what was ordered.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacements are subject to product availability.
